Eric Jonas, MPH
Founder and President
Eric founded Jonas Health and its Fitness Center to provide reconditioning and personal training services to clients suffering from metabolic conditions. His years of experience in public health and the fitness industry have made him one of the foremost experts in weight loss strategies and performance enhancement. Eric has set a standard of personalized fitness that others strive to achieve.

Megan Mountcastle, MSW, CHC
Health Counselor
Megan is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and a board certified health counselor. She also holds a Master of Social Work degree from Simmons College. Her social work background coupled with her training in nutrition and personal growth makes Megan a knowledgeable and dynamic counselor. Megan supports her clients through a holistic approach, which recognizes the importance of not only our physical health, but also our relationships, career and life circumstances.

Fitness Coach/Rehabilitation Specialist
Kerri has more than 10 years experience as a case manager for persons with mental health challenges and addictions. She believes exercise is key for building self-esteem and gaining control over one's body. Kerri is a mom and understands the importance of balancing life, workouts, and rest. |

Chef/Food Coach
Top chef turned cooking coach German Lam motivates people to live better by changing the way they cook and eat. He is a hockey dad who knows what busy is. He believes that food is the fuel that keeps families moving. When they eat well, they can achieve more.

Griffin Duffy
Fitness Coach
Griffin recently joined the staff at Jonas Health as a part-time trainer. He is an undergraduate student currently at Boston University,majoring in psychology with a minor in human anatomy and physiology. Griffin is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, and has ambitions to attend graduate school for a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. In addition to his academic endeavors at Boston University, he also rows on the varsity Men's Crew team. |
